We are pleased to inform you that progress is being made on the solution for refunded orders on BackerKit. The previous closed payment test has been successfully completed. As planned, we will now randomly select 10% of the total orders, which amounts to 75, for the first wave of Smoke Test.

The orders included in this wave are listed in the table at the end.

If your order is listed, you should have received an invoice from our official customer service email: customer_service@queti-tectonics.com. Before making the payment, please carefully review the detailed information of your order, including the address, contact information, and purchased items, to ensure they match your previous BackerKit order.

Once the payment is successfully processed, your purchased products will be prepared and shipped to you. If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at customer_service@queti-tectonics.com.
