We have finished testing and will now begin the process of restoring your refunded BackerKit orders.

 

But first, we would like to express our gratitude to those backers who have consistently chosen to support us. The initial testing went smoothly, and the backers we reached have re-purchased their refunded Backerkit order with proper backer discounts and benefits on our new platform, as intended. Your support is what drives Queti Tectonics forward.

 

For the rest of our backers whose orders have been invalidated and refunded (details check here), you will soon receive a new invoice from us, including a link to restore your order on our own e-shop platform. Prior to making the payment, please carefully review the comprehensive details of your order, including the address, contact information, and purchased items, to ensure their alignment with your previous BackerKit order.

 

After the majority of orders have been processed, we will begin the shipping process for overseas products. If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at customer_service@queti-tectonics.com.

 

Due to the substantial quantity of orders, processing and dispatching them will require some time. We anticipate that all invoices will be sent within 1-2 weeks after this announcement.
